Regular users should not be seeing the Nintex Form icon in the SharePoint Libraries.
The old Nintex Form and Workflow apps were only visible to Site Collection admins. The new SPFx app is visible to all. regardless of their users permissions. This is causing confusion for the users as they would like to use the Nintex Forms and they have no experience and therefore can harm the already in place Forms.
The access to designer can be restricted but doesn't help with the visibility of the Form icon.
