    Sometimes it's helpful to start a process when a folder is created\changed in a list or a document library.

    OOTB Connection to SharePoint User Profiles

    It would be nice if there was an easy way to retrieve any property from a SharePoint user profile in both SmartForms and Workflows, similar to how it can be done in Nintex for SharePoint.
