Replace a "Workflow Owner" with another user in batch/mass

When a workflow owner leaves the company, at times their colleagues or team members wouldn't know workflows exists. We need an established process to let folks know to advise Global Admin when users leave the company so we can update permissions.

That being said, ideally we should have the option to replace a workflow owner with another user from the user management section who are assigned a designer role or up and it automatically replace that workflow owner with the new one for all workflows the original workflow owner had their name listed in this field.
