I'd like to suggest a feature to specify the level of roles (actors) at the activity or task level for consulted and informed stakeholders. These roles would feed into the RACI as either consulted or informed but not appear in the map on swimlanes...

Ability to enter inputs and outputs at Activity level

It would be great if there were Inputs and Outputs fields available within each Activity that you can populate as you go, and then these automatically populate the Inputs and Outputs section. The ability to update them at the Process level should...

Record type of edit when editing a published process

The ability to choose from a list of 'edit types' when editing a published process eg grammar/punctuation, change of role, major change to activity, minor change to activity

Ability to add timeframe across activities.

Allow a number of days etc. to be prescribed over multiple activities so that an overarching timeline can be allocated. For example from activity 1 through to 10 takes 30 days.

Case sensitive glossary

Display PO & PE role title

Currently, in the Summary menu, only the names of the Process Owner and Process Expert are shown. It would be useful if their roles are also listed against their names, so users can understand in what capacity they are the Owner and Expert.

Center align screenshots with tasks

Allow screenshots to center align with tasks, user feedback that the screenshots are hard to see what task they are related to.
