Occasional Disabling ("Assign a Task")

Hi,I have few tasks ("assign a task") in workflow that needs to be disabled for a specific number of days and automatically activate for once and disable again. Can you please assist how it can be done?

Show the workflow designer is open by a user

Identify workflows that are currently locked / being edited / opened by a user so that work does not get overwritten. Also show who is editing and how long it has been open. This has been an issue where work has gotten overwritten.

Ability to set a specific Time to a date time variable

run if Multiple Conditions

Within the Run If action we need to be able to do both AND and OR within the same if statement. Right now its all AND or all OR. Example (Status = No && AssignTo has a value) && (Dept = IT OR HR)

Be able to save a Workflow as a Template

using the Center of excellence model, we would like to be able to provide users Templates to use that we build and test and then save to be used by user in the future but also export or share to other tenants within our license environment
