Allow starting a both web form and mobile form

If the Start Event uses the Nintex connector, the choices should not be mutually exclusive. I might want both a public form and a mobile app. Heck, I might want both plus the ability to start it as a web service.

Connect button gray out

If you fail to connect to a specific connection, the connect button grays out - restriction me from adding any other valid connections regardless which one I pick from the list. I then have to refresh the screen to add a new connection.
