Ability to sort variables by name

It would be very helpful to be able to add a sort function to any list of variables so they can be sorted by name rather than just by created date because after numerous updates, its hard to track a) how long ago a specific variable was created an...

Connect Task and Start Forms fields to Workflow variables

This idea is pretty straigthforward. It would save a huge amount of time for WF designers for WFs that tend to have a lot of approval steps to have WF variables availables as form fields on the left handside ribbon / have form fields be connected ...

Connectors - Show which workflows are using a connector and the user the connection is created with

On Form - New Query JSON Function

There have been multiple times where we utilize external data to bring data into a form, and then have to use complex formulas/functions to pull the actual data we want out of the external data that was returned. Typically, this involves multiple ...

Read-only property for a repeating section

With the introduction of pre-population of repeating sections, the control has become much more useful and can be used to represent previously entered data on forms. We have the use case of showing previously entered data in a read-only way on a f...

Display comments on actions in the workflow designer

When building large, complicated workflows, it would be handy to have a comments option displayed on the workflow designer page, without the need to open the right-hand context panel. Use case for this would be to use as a reminder of what a step ...
