Allow actions to be raised at the same time as the investigation is being undertaken

When undertaking an investigation the investigation needs to be fully completed before actions can be created. It would be beneficial if actions could be generated simultaneously during the investigation process to speed up the process.

Add the time automatically on the Improvement module suggestions

The improvement module has the reported date automatically entered, we would like the option of having the time automatically entered as well.

Ability to edit or delete attached or linked documents on completed event/incident actions

Currently a document cannot be deleted once an event/incident action is completed. The only workaround is deleting the whole incident and create new one, which would affect all involved parties. Promasters should be able to remove or edit them.

Visibility of improvement Module register in intranet

We want to embed our ideas portfolio register (no the form to report an idea) in our intranet. So staff are able to see what ideas have been reported and the status of these ideas.

Option for numbers only field type in improvements form fields

When setting up form fields there is a list of options to choose from for field type. If we could have a number field type that would force numbers only input it would guide users to enter the correct type of information and cut down on fix-ups.
