Envelope Entitlement/Remaining count.

The only way to calculate the remaining envelopes is currently to know the original purchased amount and then to report on the total used in order to subtract it. Having a quickly displayed total would allow us to easily monitor usage at a glance....

Visibility of improvement Module register in intranet

We want to embed our ideas portfolio register (no the form to report an idea) in our intranet. So staff are able to see what ideas have been reported and the status of these ideas.

Filter on Incident Register

In the improvements module, on the register page, there are filters for every status except one. I would like to request a filter for the “Ready to Close” status.

Dashboard or similar feature to show active users' count over a date range

Though we have 'Audit Report' feature under Management but it only shows the count of active users at the instant when the is run. There is no feature to know how many users logged in over a date range. Information under 'Last Access Date' is also...

Revise the logging architecture and have logging potentially written to a storage account. Using a storage account you can specify how much logging is allocated, and it will overwrite old entries with new to maintain the storage allocation limit. This way we should be able to then have logs available all the time without specific fix packs and without outages (albeit at the slight expense performance as logs are been written all the time if subscribed to). In my opinion, the logs are more important to be available, when required, than a slight degradation in performance.

Use workflow originator as DocuSign envelope sender

With current DocuSign integration, all DocuSign emails (though coming from DocuSign email address) have the user/sender as the user who setup the K2-DocuSign integration. Most of the times, this is IT admin account and not a business process owner...
