Nintex Ideas - Prevent it from losing idea text while you reset password

I spent a lot of time writing an improvement idea only to lose it all when I selected 'Add Idea' and then had to reset my password.

reopen actions in the improvements module

Actions can be closed by the person assigned to the action but the IO owner may disagree that the action has been completed and therefore needs an option to reopen an action.
